If i could give this praxis 10 stars i would, got an appointment really fast , the staff are super friendly and competent, the praxis is most up to date.
Managed to get a super quick appointment, staff were very freindly and the praxis is very modern and up to date . As soon as i sat down in the waiting room my name was called out.
I just went to this praxis today. We are new in Hannover so I am looking for a new doctor to treat my rosacea. I thought this could be a good option since they advertise the laser treatments. First, they didn't find me in the system at all (I did the booking over the phone). Then, the doctor just came and said "what can I do for you": no introduction, no name, nothing, like ordering a drink at a bar. I mentioned I had Rosacea and he just said, "well it is a just mild one". I have had Rosacea for more than 10 years, with very bad episodes and the fact that it is mild is thanks to the work of amazing doctors in Barcelona and in London!, doctors who at least look at my skin!. He just prescribed a cream with antibiotic and said that laser was not for me as my skin is too dark (olive sort of tone). After I have been doing laser to treat Rosacea for more than 6 years. It was like "I have better things to do than looking at your mild Rosacea, jut get this cream". The appointment didn't last more than 3 minutes. So unprofessional!. Total waste of time. .

Simply recommended. I was thinking about having a boil removed this morning and everything was done by early afternoon. Booked an appointment online and off we went. From the friendly reception I went to a young doctor who, with a lot of experience and expertise, immediately suggested that I do the operation. The operation went smoothly. The operating room nurse was very empathetic and had a nice conversation to distract me. So highly recommended, I would go there again and again.

The doctor (D. Denker) was unfriendly and not very competent. Unfortunately, given that it was a dermatologist, she didn't have any really satisfactory recommendations for me.

The ladies at reception were very friendly and the practice is modern. Parking is easy. That's the only positive thing.
Bad doctor. I explained on the phone that I apparently have an allergy to a certain foam and that it happens at work because we process it there. They give me an appointment and after waiting about 45 minutes the doctor says that I need to see an ENT doctor. I should have said it on the phone (which I did). In addition, the doctor could hardly speak German, which makes a lot of things difficult

Idea. Advice is zero. A second trainee doctor had to be brought in because she couldn't answer my question. In between, another doctor briefly poked his head in the door to say goodbye - in the middle of the conversation. And that as a private patient who drove 60 km to the practice. Although I have to say that no one should be treated like that. No matter whether private or legal.
